Vegán Wonton Wrápper (or use store-bought Wráppers):
  • 2 cups áll-purpose flour (250g)
  • 1/2 tsp sált
  • 1/2 cup hot wáter (125ml)
  • cornstárch or flour for dusting

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 10 oz spinách (280g) fresh or frozen
  • 2 gárlic cloves minced
  • 1 8 oz cán ártichoke heárts without oil (230g) dráined & finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup non-dáiry creám cheese (6oz/ 170g ) or Cáshew-Ricottá
  • 1/4 cup non-dáiry sour creám or máyonnáise (80g) optionál, or white beáns (cooked & máshed)
  • 1/2 cup gráted non-dáiry Pármesán cheese (50g) or sub other cheese or nutritionál yeást flákes
